By clicking the purchase button and completing your order, you automatically agree to this Return & Refund Policy, along with our Terms of Service and all other policies available on our website. 14-Day Return Period

At Nerfeuo, we offer a 14-day return period on all eligible orders. You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Item must be returned in original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation

  • Return request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

  • Item must not fall under our non-returnable categories (see below)

Store Credit Policy

Important: All approved returns are processed as store credit only. We do not issue cash refunds or refunds to original payment methods. Store Credits are exclusively for the individual customer, equal to the value of the returned product, and are valid for 5 years from the date of issue. They can be used for future purchases on our website.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

  • Perishable goods

  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear

  • Items returned after the 14-day period

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Due to past fraudulent claims, we require photographic or video evidence of the damage or defect.

Required for defective/damaged claims:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or video showing the damage/defect

  • Description of the issue

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide store credit for the full order amount including original shipping costs.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

Customer Responsibility: Once a package shows as "delivered" by the shipping carrier, Nerfeuo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered items. We strongly recommend:

  • Using a secure delivery address

  • Tracking your package using the provided tracking number

  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly for delivery issues

Exception: If tracking shows the package was never delivered to your address, please contact us within 7 days with the tracking information for investigation.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Include your order number, item details, and reason for return

  3. For defective items, include required photographic/video evidence

  4. Our team will review your request and provide return authorization if approved

  5. Follow the return shipping instructions provided

Return Shipping

Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent).

Requirements:

  • Use a tracked shipping service

  • Package items securely in original packaging

  • Include return authorization number (provided by our team)

Processing Time

  • Returns are processed within 5-12 business days after receipt and inspection

  • Store credit is issued via email after processing is complete

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item:

  1. Return the unwanted item following our return process

  2. Receive store credit after processing

  3. Place a new order using your store credit

Fraud Prevention

To protect against fraudulent claims, we reserve the right to:

  • Request additional documentation or evidence

  • Refuse returns that don't meet our policy requirements

  • Monitor return patterns and limit returns from accounts showing suspicious activity
