What Happens if Your Item is Defective or Damaged

If your item arrives defective or damaged, we will send you a free replacement at no additional cost to you. You do not need to return the defective item.

To qualify for a free replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within 72 hours of delivery
  • The item must be genuinely defective or damaged upon arrival
  • Valid photo or video evidence of the defect or damage must be provided
  • The claim must be submitted via our Contact Us page

What Happens in All Other Cases

For eligible requests that do not involve a defective or damaged item, we may offer store credit equal to the full product value. Store credit has no expiration date and can be used on any future purchase on our website.

Depending on the nature of the request and applicable consumer protection laws, additional resolutions may be considered at our discretion.


Non-Eligible Claims

The following will not qualify for a replacement or store credit:

  6. If approved, we will either dispatch a free replacement or issue store credit depending on your case

Replacements

  • Free replacement dispatched within 24-48 hours of claim approval
  • You do not need to return the defective item
  • Replacement shipping is fully covered by Nerfeuo
  • Only one replacement per order

Store Credit

  • Issued via email after claim approval
  • Covers the full product amount
  • No expiration date
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

Chargeback & Dispute Policy

We kindly ask all customers to contact us directly before filing a dispute with their bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved within 24-48 hours and we are always happy to help.

If a chargeback is filed without prior contact with our support team:

  • We reserve the right to submit all available evidence to the payment provider to contest the claim
  • Future orders from the same customer may be declined
  • We reserve the right to provide all relevant order and communication records to the payment provider during the dispute review process.
